Vörður's AI chat bot was the first project in Vörður's digital strategy. The goal was to develop a simple solution for customers where they could buy health insurance. The project is programmed by Reon.
Simplicity and effectiveness were the guidoing principle while developing the chatbot with clear messages and clear next steps. The chatbot always tries to find solutions which suit the user and give him a clear option tailor-made for his needs.
With the chatbot, the user can get a preliminary price for their insurance in just 2 minutes. The overall experience was tested on users and designed to maximize the flow of information.
